NFLPA Selects AP to Distribute Photo and Video Content

The National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) has selected The Associated Press (AP) to be the worldwide distributor of its wholly owned image based products. AP Images, the commercial photo division of the AP, will have access to the visual archives of NFL PLAYERS INC, the NFLPA’s marketing and licensing subsidiary, to reproduce, publicly display and distribute the images. Under the partnership announced today, AP also will service the NFLPA’s ongoing photo and video needs through its commercial corporate services division.
